1. Warranty Coverage

Unless otherwise stated on the invoice or product listing, our containers are supplied with a limited warranty covering major structural defects, water ingress caused by structural faults, and issues that make the container materially different from the description provided at the time of sale.

2. Wind & Watertight Guarantee

Containers sold as wind and watertight are guaranteed to be suitable for general storage use at the time of delivery. Doors, seals, roof, walls and flooring are checked to ensure the container is reasonably fit for its stated purpose.

3. Used Container Notice

Used shipping containers may have normal cosmetic wear including dents, scratches, surface rust, paint fading, previous repairs, patches or markings. These do not constitute defects unless they affect the agreed function, safety or watertight performance of the container.

4. What Is Not Covered

• General cosmetic wear, scratches, dents or surface rust.
• Damage caused after delivery or placement.
• Damage caused by misuse, modification, relocation or improper installation.
• Condensation caused by environmental conditions.
• Ground movement, flooding, storm damage, fire or accidental damage.
• Issues caused by placing the container on uneven or unsuitable ground.

5. Delivery Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect the container upon delivery. Any visible concern should be reported as soon as possible with clear photographs or video evidence so our team can assess the matter quickly.

6. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with your invoice number, delivery address, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos. Once received, we will review the claim and may offer repair, replacement, refund or another suitable remedy depending on the nature of the issue.

7. Australian Consumer Law

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Major Faults

If a container has a major fault, is unsafe, not as described, or not fit for the purpose made known to us, customers may be entitled to an appropriate remedy under Australian Consumer Law, including repair, replacement, refund or compensation where applicable.
